Over four decades ago, Paul Ash Management Company, LLC, initiated our award winning “We Care” communications program. Basically, we felt our customers deserved something better than the impersonal frustrations so often felt by individuals dealing with large companies. In the “We Care” program, our resident managers received special training for the effective handling of the communication problems that often hamper management/resident relationships. We also developed more comprehensive information pamphlets for our residents.

For over two decades, Paul Ash Management Company, LLC, has offered the “Complete Package” to improve our “We Care” communications program. This new program emphasized not only resident relations, but also acts as a training guide to our entire staff on association, retail, commercial, industrial and public sector work. Great care has been given to constantly update the program in order to enhance our success.
