Paul Ash Management Company, LLC began as Nationwide Realty in 1965 when our founder Paul Ash (1930-2012) left a successful sales career as an appliance manufacturer’s representative to forge a new career in the real estate brokerage industry. When his focus shifted to development in the early 1970’s we became known as Paul Ash Investment Company. Over the next two decades the company focused on development and acquisition of multi-family, retail and commercial properties primarily in Arizona, New Mexico and California.
Bruce Ash joined the firm in 1973 and shortly Paul Ash Investment Company diversified into third party management for syndicators and institutions as well as government agencies. Bruce Ash received a Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation through The Institute of Real Estate Management in 1977 and 2 years later we became an Accredited Management Office (AMO). Bruce Ash is a senior CPM in Arizona and the company has been awarded multiple recognitions as an industry leader. The Paul Ash Team has significant experience in Homeowner’s Associations, HUD Section 8, LIHTC, Public Sector, Retail, Commercial and Industrial management and has worked within the industry to develop quality financial reporting which is important to managers, investors and debt providers.
Gradually, as the company took advantage of various acquisition opportunities the company became known as Paul Ash Management Company in 1995. Since then we have acted as owners and principals in diverse real estate assets such as Homeowner’s Associations, LIHTC properties, regional retail malls, free standing retail development and acquisition of federal leased buildings. Paul Ash Management Company operates in eight different states across the country.
Today, Paul Ash Management Company, LLC is led by partners Bruce Ash, CPM (President/CEO), Michael Ash (Chief Operating Officer/Designated Broker) and Natalie Kujawa (Chief Financial Officer). With over a half century of history the company’s outlook is as bright as ever and the principals of the company continue to achieve profits through our opportunistic approach to managing success for our clients and partners.
