Homeowner Association Management

Paul Ash Management Company, LLC, has a productive record in organizing and managing associations set up by developers, whether for condominiums, townhomes, or apartment communities. We handle all aspects of association management, including:

  • Accounts payable
  • Writing rules and regulations
  • Setting up financial records
  • Collection of association dues, handling delinquent notices and liens
  • Maintaining physical condition of property, including amenities: (Pool, clubhouse, recreation facilities, etc.)

    When taking over the association management from a previous organization, we objectively evaluate, from all available information, how well the services were being performed and which areas need improvement.
