Paul Ash Management Company, LLC (PAMCO) would like to thank you for applying for a position with our company. We manage several thousand multifamily units in the Tucson, Phoenix, and Yuma areas as well as commercial properties.
The owners of these communities have large investments in the properties and our responsibilities to the residents at the sites are tremendous. Our company wants to hire the very best employees for each position.
As part of our conditional job offer, pre-employment process we require all job applicants to submit to substance abuse testing as well as a background check before being offered a position. We will contact the applicant’s prior employers for references, evaluate work experience, research for civil/criminal records, and review driving and credit records.
Applicants with a judgment or eviction will have to provide proof that payment has been made, payment is currently being made, or that the amount is being legally disputed to be eligible for hire. DUI’s and all other misdemeanors and/or felonies must be disclosed on the application or the applicant will not be considered for a position. A misdemeanor or felony will not necessarily bar an applicant from employment. Each occurrence will be on a case by case review.
Driving for the Company
All employees may not be required to drive as part of their job with the company, however, if driving is required, our insurance company requires that the employee carry a minimum liability coverage on his or her car. Should you be required to drive on company business, we do pay mileage reimbursement.
