Serving as the headquarters for The Northern District of Indiana principals of ACW American Properties acquired this steel and concrete structure in 2013. The Robert K. Rodibaugh Federal Bankruptcy Courthouse is one of the busiest venues in the country for bankruptcy cases. The building also houses the US Bankruptcy Clerk’s office. This asset was sold in late 2016 and acquired by a real estate investment team.
